This Tiny hole in the wall is easy to miss if you do not pay attention. It is in a shopping center on Coursey right next to a Walmart neighborhood Market. Thai Chili Serves up Authentic Thai and other Asian food. They even offer every dish in Mild, Medium hot or “Thai Spicy”. Thai spicy is to hot for most American Pallets, If you like spicy we recommend the Regular hot.
TIP: if you are worried about your dish being to hot or not hot enough you can always just order mild or medium add your own spicy at the table. They have hot chili paste and Sriracha sauce on each table top you can add to your dish
We started with the Asian Glazed wings. They are Like tradition Buffalo wings but instead of hot sauce they use a well balanced sweet and spicy glaze. We liked them very much!!
We then decided to try the Green curry bowl with Beef (Also available with chicken or shrimp) The Veggies were cooked nicely and were fresh. Meat was sliced thin and tender. Broth was spicy and flavorful. The bowl comes with a side of White rice, which is great when added to the broth.
Other dishes we tried were The famous Pad Thai noodles (chicken, shrimp with Lime flavor on Flat noodles), Hong Kong Noodles (beef, chicken and shrimp in a brown sauce over wok fried noodles), and Orange Beef (crispy fried beef with orange sauce).. ALL of which were excellent. Again, we recommend going here if you are seeking Authentic Thai food in Baton Rouge.
TIP: They also Deliver to a wide area of town!!
